About Wattle Gully Produce:
Wattle Gully Produce is established and tended by Thanisa, a first generation farmer.

Thanisa’s passion for growing started with reading books on food sovereignty and organic farming. She completed her masters in Agriculture, majoring in sustainable food systems in 2018 and a Permaculture Design Course with Very Edible Gardens in 2019. She has since been involved and worked in school food gardens, community projects and market gardens around Victoria.

Thanisa is passionate about reducing food and flower miles, and farming responsibly in a changing climate.
