This certified organic cuvée brut is a great sparkling wine, crisp & zesty with apple, Bosc pears, quince & passionfruit notes. Sealed with a screw cap (no cork) but definitely sparkling. This is one for celebrations! Preservative free. 12% ABV

Why a screw cap and not a cork? Generally, when wine comes into contact with oak or cork it will need a preservative added. This way the wine is sealed perfectly with a screw cap under cool conditions and no preservative is added.
